Australia: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.

International: For our global community, orders over $350 AUD receive complimentary express shipping.

Australian Orders

All orders within Australia are carefully dispatched via Australia Post, with tracking provided for peace of mind.

Orders are processed between 9am – 5pm AWST, Monday to Friday.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is acknowledgment of your purchase, not confirmation of dispatch.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will be sent a second email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

International Orders

International orders are delivered via trusted express courier services.

Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary according to your country’s customs regulations.

Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Important Details

While we take every care to ensure prompt delivery, Tailse the Label cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or external postal services.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Returns Policy

At Tailse the Label, each piece is crafted with care, and as a small business, we are unable to offer refunds. All purchases are considered final sale. We deeply value every order and hope you truly love your garment.

We are, however, pleased to offer an exchange for an alternate size or a store credit if your item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in pristine condition
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Unwashed and unused

Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, change of circumstance, or customer error.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tailse the Label reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

We recommend retaining your tracking number, as Tailse cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Request an Exchange or Credit

To request an exchange or credit note, please email us at hello@talisethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following details to receive the return address:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item
  • A clear photo of the fault (if applicable)
  • Reason for exchange or credit note

Important Information

  • Tailse the Label is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure you keep your tracking number until your return has been processed.
  • Once we have received and reviewed your request, you will receive an email notification. If approved, a credit note will be issued.
  • Online credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
