It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes. We accept returns on eligible items within our return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return has been received and approved, a store credit will be issued. Please see our Returns page for full details.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Gift cards are valid for the period stated at purchase. If you’re unsure, contact us and we can check for you.

Yes, sign up for restock notifications on the product page and you’ll be the first to know when it’s back. You’re also welcome to email us and we can arrange a pre-order for you if the style is available for restock.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
We’re so sorry if this happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we’ll arrange the correct piece for you as quickly as possible.
Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels. If you are shipping outside of Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free. We offer Afterpay on all of our Australian orders.
